{"id":88,"date":"2026-01-25T20:19:27","date_gmt":"2026-01-25T20:19:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sofgref.org\/?page_id=88"},"modified":"2026-01-25T20:19:27","modified_gmt":"2026-01-25T20:19:27","slug":"gouvernance","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sofgref.org\/index.php\/gouvernance\/","title":{"rendered":"Gouvernance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La SOFGREF s\u2019appuie sur une gouvernance institutionnelle visant \u00e0 garantir l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 scientifique, l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance et la coh\u00e9rence de ses activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La gouvernance de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est structur\u00e9e autour d\u2019organes distincts, aux r\u00f4les compl\u00e9mentaires, dans le respect des principes \u00e9thiques, acad\u00e9miques et scientifiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bureau<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bureau assure la direction institutionnelle et administrative de la SOFGREF.<br>Il est charg\u00e9 notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de la repr\u00e9sentation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de la coordination des activit\u00e9s,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>du respect du cadre statutaire et institutionnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9sident<\/strong><br>Dr Hichem Bensmail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Secr\u00e9taire<\/strong><br>Dr Albert Ohayon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comit\u00e9 scientifique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le comit\u00e9 scientifique constitue un organe ind\u00e9pendant charg\u00e9 d\u2019orienter et de garantir la coh\u00e9rence scientifique des activit\u00e9s de la SOFGREF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il intervient notamment dans :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l\u2019orientation scientifique des th\u00e9matiques abord\u00e9es,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la validation du cadre et des formats \u00e9ducatifs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019accompagnement des groupes de travail et des initiatives scientifiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(La composition d\u00e9taill\u00e9e du comit\u00e9 scientifique est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e sur la page d\u00e9di\u00e9e.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Principes de fonctionnement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La gouvernance de la SOFGREF repose sur les principes suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ind\u00e9pendance scientifique,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transparence institutionnelle,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>absence de promotion commerciale,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respect des cadres \u00e9thiques et acad\u00e9miques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La SOFGREF ne d\u00e9livre pas de recommandations cliniques prescriptives et n\u2019exerce aucune autorit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La SOFGREF s\u2019appuie sur une gouvernance institutionnelle visant \u00e0 garantir l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 scientifique, l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance et la coh\u00e9rence de ses activit\u00e9s.
